About the role

The Senior Life Insurance Consultant will work on‑site in Abu Dhabi, advising both individual and corporate clients on life insurance solutions that match their financial goals and protection needs. This full‑time position involves managing a client portfolio, delivering tailored proposals, and supporting clients throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client requirements and conduct needs‑based analyses to determine appropriate life insurance products.
• Present tailored product options, prepare proposals and policy illustrations, and follow up to close sales.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, conduct regular policy reviews and support claims‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations and finance teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and compliance.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments and internal product enhancements.
• Contribute to sales targets while upholding Sukoon’s customer‑centric values.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in insurance and life‑insurance products, including needs analysis and policy structuring.
• Solid understanding of finance and financial‑planning principles relevant to wealth protection.
• Proven consulting and advisory selling skills with a focus on client relationship management.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in life‑insurance consulting or financial advisory within the UAE or GCC market.

Required skills
