Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing large enterprise accounts in Abu Dhabi, building and maintaining relationships with vendor‑managed account managers, and expanding existing major accounts. The role involves prospecting new clients, delivering corporate presentations, and driving revenue through the full IT product and service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large/enterprise accounts and farm existing major accounts.
• Conduct cold calling, qualify new prospects and add new clients to the portfolio.
• Deliver corporate and solution presentations as part of business development and sales activities.
• Generate proposals, sales costing and maintain an up‑to‑date sales funnel to meet revenue targets.
• Interact with C‑level executives, map accounts across multiple departments and prioritize multiple deals.
• Translate account mapping and sales data into dashboards and internal reports.

Required profile

• University degree preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Proven track record of closing large IT deals and relevant vendor certifications.
• Energetic self‑starter with strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
