About the role

Oren Specialities FZCO is expanding its trading and manufacturing operations in the drilling fluids chemicals sector and is looking for experienced professionals to lead logistics and procurement functions in Dubai. The dual role combines senior logistics management with strategic procurement responsibilities, offering a fast‑paced environment for candidates with strong industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics operations and ensure timely movement of goods.
• Handle import and export documentation while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate with freight providers and manage transportation efficiently.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory coordination.
• Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and identify cost‑effective purchasing opportunities.
• Ensure smooth supply‑chain operations and vendor management.
• Support strategic sourcing and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics or procurement roles, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with import/export documentation and supply‑chain operations.
• Vendor management and strategic sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of freight negotiation, warehouse and supply‑chain operations, and procurement practices.
• Bachelor’s degree (estimated requirement).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and deliver operational excellence.
