Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

AI71 is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models that power its enterprise‑ready solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business challenges into high‑impact machine‑learning products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy predictive models that enhance AI solution capabilities.
• Apply state‑of‑the‑art techniques such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) to real‑world problems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define objectives and translate them into actionable ML tasks.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance in production.
• Design and maintain robust data preprocessing pipelines to ensure high‑quality input data.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience fine‑tuning Large Language Models.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, with a competitive coding background (e.g., ACM/ICPC, Kaggle).
• Demonstrated success applying ML to solve business‑critical problems and excellent communication skills.
