Senior Manager - AI Security Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to own the AI Security product portfolio for a leading banking institution in Abu Dhabi. You will shape the strategy, roadmap and governance for protecting AI and machine‑learning assets across cloud, on‑premise and hybrid environments, ensuring compliance, privacy and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, investment priorities and delivery roadmap for AI security.
• Translate threat intelligence, regulatory requirements and risk findings into a prioritized backlog.
• Embed security‑by‑design and privacy‑by‑design principles into AI models, data pipelines and platforms.
• Establish governance gates, monitoring and incident‑response processes for MLOps and LLMOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, risk, compliance, architecture and operations teams.
• Provide senior‑level oversight of risk decisions, assurance evidence and remediation activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in AI/ML security, product ownership and governance within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, data privacy and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
