Senior Manager – Business Pricing (SMB)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the strategic pricing function for SMB products and services within our Business Department in Dubai. The role will shape pricing strategy, drive profitability and support the company’s growth ambitions through advanced analytics and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement value‑based pricing models and bundled offerings for connectivity, cloud, AI and cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to translate insights into actionable pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure pricing compliance with evolving regulations.
• Design and apply advanced pricing methodologies such as revenue‑share, subscription‑based and dynamic pricing frameworks.
• Lead financial modeling, cost‑benefit analysis and impact assessments to support executive decisions.
• Drive digital transformation of pricing processes using automation, predictive analytics and AI.
• Maintain governance, monitor KPI performance and continuously improve pricing initiatives.
• Partner with sales, marketing, finance and product teams to ensure seamless execution of pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Telecom, Engineering or Technology.
• 4+ years of experience in pricing, finance, marketing or commercial roles within a technology or telecom organization.
