Senior Manager – Investment AI Platform & Market Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the resident investment practitioner within the (in)Alpha product team. You will translate how investment professionals screen opportunities, conduct diligence, prepare committee materials, and monitor portfolios into clear product requirements and analytical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define the behavior of (in)Alpha modules against real investment practice, covering screening, diligence, data‑room handling, committee materials, and portfolio monitoring.
• Author and maintain reference artefacts such as model committee memos, diligence question sets, decision criteria, scoring frameworks, and benchmarking conventions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to refine backlog items, resolve practitioner‑level questions, and ensure features meet investment‑grade standards.
• Pressure‑test proposed features against fund governance, regulated processes, and committee dynamics, identifying potential workflow failures.
• Review AI‑generated memos, summaries, comparables, and monitoring insights for analytical soundness, proper treatment of uncertainty, and correct source usage.
• Define quality bars for analytical outputs and work with the AI team to embed investment judgment into the platform.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in investment practice (private equity, private credit, venture, sovereign wealth, or similar).
• Strong judgment, precise communication, and high ownership in a fast‑moving product environment.
• Ability to work closely with product, engineering, AI, growth, and client investment teams.
• Comfortable representing the platform to institutional investors without direct reports at hire.

Required skills

What we offer

• Permanent, full‑time role with significant influence over a cutting‑edge AI investment platform.
• Opportunity to shape product direction and work directly with leading institutional investors.
