Tax Manager

About the role

The Tax Manager will lead global tax compliance, reporting and strategy for Gradiant, ensuring timely filing of corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax and other indirect taxes across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage preparation, review and submission of all global tax filings, coordinating with local advisors and finance teams.
• Implement global tax strategies to optimize effective tax rate and support cross‑border transactions, restructurings and intercompany funding.
• Lead tax provision preparation under ASC 740/IFRS, support quarterly and annual reporting, and ensure SOX/internal control compliance.
• Maintain and enforce transfer pricing policies, oversee documentation, and support audits and economic analyses.
• Monitor global tax risks, manage communications with tax authorities, and defend tax audits and controversies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5‑8 years of relevant tax experience with strong research and technical writing abilities.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to lead multiple projects independently.
