Senior Manager - Market Infrastructure FSRA Markets

About the role

The Senior Manager – Market Infrastructure (MI) joins the Markets Department of the FSRA within ADGM. The role focuses on the authorisation and supervision of recognised investment exchanges, clearing houses and related market infrastructures, with a particular emphasis on derivatives and virtual assets.

Key responsibilities

• License and supervise recognised investment exchanges, especially those dealing with derivatives and virtual assets.
• Build and manage regulatory relationships with market participants, other regulators and ADGM stakeholders.
• Monitor regional and international regulatory developments and advise senior management on their impact.
• Support the Director (MI) in policy oversight and regulatory enhancements.
• Liaise with internal FSRA and ADGM teams to ensure coordinated supervision.
• Undertake additional tasks or duties delegated by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in market infrastructure regulation, including exchanges, clearing houses and settlement facilities.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives, virtual assets and securities markets.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with regulators and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and advisory skills for regulatory policy.
