Senior Manager – Projects (Fit‑out)

About the role

Homecentre Landmark group is seeking a Senior Manager – Projects to lead the planning, execution and delivery of fit‑out projects across its portfolio in Dubai. The role oversees new builds, refits and rollouts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, specifications and schedules from inception to handover.
• Evaluate and select contractors, manage material procurement and coordinate with MEP design consultants.
• Monitor progress, control costs, manage risks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate workshops and maintain clear communication with internal teams, consultants, malls and contractors.
• Document and manage project requirements, verify deliverables and control changes in scope.
• Prepare project success criteria, reports and documentation for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing medium to large‑scale construction or fit‑out projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver projects within defined timeframes and budgets.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
