Senior Manager, Sales & Account Management – Defense Solutions

About the role

L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Sales & Account Management to lead its regional sales strategy across Africa, Central Asia and the United Arab Emirates. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role drives growth for tactical communications, broadband systems and integrated vision solutions for defence and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing regional sales team, setting and exceeding ambitious targets.
• Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies for TCOM, BCS, IVS and integrated C5ISR systems.
• Build and manage relationships with senior defence and government stakeholders and key industry partners.
• Negotiate and close complex, high‑value deals, including DCS/FMS and major modernisation programmes.
• Manage and optimise the regional dealer network to maximise market coverage.

Required profile

• Proven senior leader with a strong track record of closing complex sales in high‑potential defence markets.
• Minimum ten years (120 months) of relevant experience in defence sales or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and deliver results in challenging environments.
