Senior Manager Software Engineering

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager Software Engineering to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data and AI‑driven applications. The role combines full‑stack development, Palantir Foundry expertise, and DevOps responsibilities within agile teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive front‑end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs with Node.js and Python.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through best practices and testing.
• Develop and maintain applications, workflows, and ontology‑based solutions on Palantir Foundry.
• Create data pipelines and transformations to support analytics and business use cases.
• Integrate Foundry applications with front‑end interfaces and external systems.
• Participate in code reviews, support CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and IT Architects to align engineering work with business goals.
• Promote agile methodologies, iterative development, and continuous feedback loops.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (advanced degree preferred).
