Senior Manager - Strategic Accounts

About the role

Inception42, a leading AI innovator within the G42 ecosystem, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic accounts. You will be the primary liaison for key clients, driving adoption of AI‑powered solutions and ensuring long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for multiple strategic accounts, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
• Deeply understand Inception42’s AI products and articulate their value to meet client needs.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow revenue from AI solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve issues.
• Develop and execute account strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
• Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in account management or strategic sales, preferably in technology or AI sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high‑value client relationships.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
