Senior Manager, Strategic Planning

About the role

VEON, a Nasdaq‑listed global digital operator, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Strategic Planning within its Dubai office. Reporting to the CEO Office and Chief of Staff, the role ensures alignment of group‑wide initiatives, bridges headquarters and operating companies, and supports Board interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation of CEO and Board presentation materials by gathering inputs from HQ functions and operating companies.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment, consolidating key messages into executive‑ready decks.
• Synthesize large volumes of cross‑functional information into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Draft CEO, Chairman, and Board communications, ensuring they reflect group priorities.
• Manage the content agenda for leadership events and executive briefings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or management consulting within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical ability to absorb and distill complex data from multiple functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior‑level audiences.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality executive presentations and reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively across headquarters and operating companies.
