Senior Marketing CRM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing CRM Specialist to join the regional Performance Marketing team for Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group. In this role you will design, launch and optimise CRM campaigns across the UAE market, working closely with the CRM and Campaign Operations teams to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute CRM campaigns aligned with the customer lifecycle to address churn, frequency and other market challenges.
• Coordinate with the Campaign Operations team to ensure timely launch and correct configuration of campaigns.
• Forecast, monitor and control campaign spend, adhering to monthly, quarterly and annual CRM budgets.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate reports and recommend data‑driven optimisations.
• Provide visibility on performance and cost trends to local marketing teams.
• Develop data‑backed hypotheses to improve ROI of existing flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with a strong data focus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong time‑management, attention to detail and a proactive team attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and campaign management platforms such as Braze (or similar).
