Senior Marketing Manager – B2C Campaigns (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead B2C marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external agencies, turning business initiatives into engaging customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s social media and digital marketing strategy.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for all social platforms.
• Create and launch marketing campaigns that boost customer engagement, brand awareness, and footfall.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, events, and customer activations.
• Brief, manage, and coordinate external agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Recommend optimal social media platforms, content formats, and initiatives to maximise reach.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to translate business priorities into compelling campaigns.
• Monitor performance, analyse insights, and provide recommendations for future activities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in a B2C marketing role.
• Strong background in social media marketing, content planning, and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to manage external agencies and creative partners.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Solid project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Creative mindset combined with commercial awareness.
