Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

HIVE is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand, marketing strategy, and growth initiatives across its real‑estate platforms. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will shape the strategic direction of marketing, ensure commercial alignment, and scale the marketing function as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall marketing strategy for HIVE’s brands and assets.
• Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business, development, and commercial objectives.
• Set campaign priorities, budgets, and performance targets, acting as the senior marketing voice in leadership discussions.
• Implement brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go‑to‑market narratives to ensure consistent, scalable brand expression.
• Oversee demand generation, product launches, and marketing‑led growth initiatives, guiding digital, performance, and CRM strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise strategies, and ensure marketing supports leasing, sales, and long‑term brand equity.
• Lead, support, and empower the Brand & Creative Manager, creating clarity between strategy and execution.
• Build and scale the marketing function, manage agencies, consultants, and partners as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Property Management, Community, and Leadership teams to align marketing with real product and operational realities.

• Senior leadership experience in marketing, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
