About the role

Join Mashreq's Retail Banking Group as a Senior Mortgage Advisor, focusing on high‑net‑worth clients in Dubai. You will drive mortgage sales, develop relationships with real‑estate partners, and ensure compliance with the bank’s policies.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire high‑net‑worth mortgage customers for the bank.
• Consistently exceed monthly KPI and sales targets.
• Lead business‑development initiatives with targeted segments, real‑estate partners, and approved mortgage brokers.
• Maintain strict adherence to KYC/AML policies.
• Record all sales activities in daily reports and update the CRM system.
• Participate in team activities, training, compliance, and fraud‑prevention sessions.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and internal needs.
• Continuously update product knowledge through trainings and workshops.

Required profile

• Fully accredited to sell mortgages and Islamic financing solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and real‑estate market dynamics.
• Commitment to compliance, quality growth, and professional conduct.
