Senior NOC Engineer - Utilities Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Senior NOC Engineer to lead NOC approvals and utility coordination for infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves close interaction with authorities, design teams and contractors to ensure timely approvals and smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NOC applications and coordinate with authorities such as RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU and Civil Defense.
• Review NOC drawings and submission documents prior to authority approval.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors and stakeholders to resolve utility conflicts.
• Track NOC approvals, maintain accurate records of submissions and comments.
• Support site teams to ensure works comply with approved NOCs and authority requirements.
• Prepare NOC progress reports and monitor approval timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai NOC coordination.
• Strong knowledge of RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU and other Dubai authority procedures.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities and road projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
