Senior Occupational Safety & Health Associate

About the role

Aldar Properties is seeking a Senior Occupational Safety and Health Associate to support the implementation and continuous improvement of its OSH Management System across all developments in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures compliance with Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety & Health Centre (ADOSH) regulations and ISO 45001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update ALDAR legal compliance and risk registers in line with ADOSH and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Prepare, review and approve activity‑specific risk assessments, method statements, safe‑working procedures, lifting plans and emergency evacuation plans.
• Conduct proactive OSH monitoring, including site inspections, management walks, welfare facility checks and internal/external audits.
• Lead compliance audits of contractors and internal teams to close out audit findings and ensure full OSHMS implementation.
• Generate OSH reports such as sustainability data, monthly dashboards and annual summaries.
• Support management review meetings by providing required OSH documentation and tracking registers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in occupational safety and health within construction or real‑estate projects.
• Familiarity with ADOSH regulations and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven ability to manage audits, risk registers and compliance documentation.
