Senior Officer – Personal Banking Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Officer to join the Personal Banking Operations team at First Abu Dhabi Bank in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality back‑office support for retail, elite, GPB and SME customers across both Islamic and conventional segments.

Key responsibilities

• Process account maintenance and new account openings for retail, elite, GPB and SME segments.
• Perform data entry for NHL and CCQ transactions in line with operational guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain the financial and reputational integrity of the bank.
• Monitor daily transaction processing to meet service level expectations.
• Collaborate with the Operations and WAH Centre leadership to continuously improve quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in back‑office banking operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Understanding of both Islamic and conventional banking processes.
