About the role
Own the engine that keeps millions of customers connected. We are looking for a sharp logistics leader to run end‑to‑end fulfillment—including inbound transport, warehousing, last‑mile delivery, distribution and customer service—for one of the region’s largest telecom groups.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end logistics operations: inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, last‑mile, distribution & customer service
- Managing operational KPIs, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction targets
- Leading drivers, riders, warehouse teams and 3PL partners
- Ensuring inventory accuracy, stock forecasting and annual stock‑taking
- Driving cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics, last‑mile and warehouse operations with fleet management
- Strong people‑leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to own outcomes in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
