Senior Partnership Manager

About the role

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to lead high‑value collaborations across the Middle East, North Africa, Sub‑Saharan Africa and South Asia. Reporting to the Head of Education Reform, MENA, you will connect ministries, donors and international organisations with Cambridge expertise to drive sustainable education reform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with the Cambridge Partnership for Education strategy.
• Conduct market research on education reform trends, competitor activity and procurement processes.
• Lead negotiations, contract drafting and compliance checks in partnership with Legal and Commercial teams.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure existing partnerships deliver measurable impact.
• Travel up to 20% regionally and internationally to support partner engagement and project implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development, business development or sales within the education or international development sector.
• Strong understanding of public‑sector procurement and donor funding mechanisms.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language capability is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
