Senior Photo & Videographer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Photo & Videographer to join the Marketing Department of H&S Real Estate Dubai. The role will produce premium visual content for real estate projects, corporate events, campaigns and brand communications, ensuring alignment with the Group’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photography and video for property walk‑throughs, lifestyle shoots, interviews, announcements and social‑media campaigns.
• Plan and execute shoots independently, directing subjects, adjusting staging, composition and lighting to achieve a clean, premium look.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and senior leadership to translate concepts into visual assets that meet brand guidelines.
• Manage equipment setup, including cameras, lighting rigs, gimbals, drones and audio microphones, and ensure safe transport to shoot locations (valid UAE driving licence required).
• Perform colour correction, image enhancement and basic post‑production editing using AI‑enabled creative tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional photography and videography experience, preferably in real‑estate or marketing environments.
• Strong visual storytelling sense with attention to detail and composition.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving licence for travel to on‑site locations.
