Senior PMO Analyst – Clarity (Banking)

About the role

Synechron is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst with deep expertise in Clarity (Broadcom) PPM to lead governance and performance reporting for banking projects in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure portfolio integrity and drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic governance, performance reporting, and portfolio assurance across banking initiatives.
• Enhance visibility, resource utilization, and delivery integrity through structured planning and Agile practices.
• Manage portfolio governance for all programs within the CTTO organization.
• Implement automation tools to streamline reporting and tracking processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project delivery with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of PMO experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Hands‑on expertise with Clarity (Broadcom) PPM – non‑negotiable.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi on a full‑time basis.
