Senior Portfolio Management Professional – Real Assets

About the role

Our client, a leading global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a senior professional to lead portfolio management for its real‑assets platform. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on operational improvement across a diversified set of platform companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all portfolio‑management activities for real‑asset investments.
• Own performance oversight, including monitoring, reporting and driving operational and financial improvements.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for C‑suite leaders of portfolio companies, supporting strategic and operational priorities.
• Assist deal execution and M&A teams with due diligence, structuring, financing and co‑investment processes.
• Present portfolio performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Investments, Head of Capital Allocation and other internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• A blended investment and operational background with a strong investor mindset.
• Hands‑on experience in real‑asset portfolio management and performance improvement.
• Demonstrated transaction experience, including due diligence, deal execution and financing.
• Exposure to Middle‑East and global markets is highly valued.
