Senior Pre‑Sales Consultant

About the role

The Senior Pre‑Sales Consultant will partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from solution design to pre‑sales implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, ensuring that proposed solutions meet business needs and align with best‑practice standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed solution designs, architectures and proposals for new systems.
• Review and document existing processes, evaluate software products, and ensure they meet user requirements.
• Manage the bid process, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and create technical proposal packages.
• Coordinate with vendors, select optimal solutions, and schedule service resources for implementation.
• Lead technical sales calls, workshops, demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, products and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions architecture or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
