Senior Pre‑Sales Consultant

About the role

The Senior Pre‑Sales Consultant will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise on solution design and pre‑sales implementations. Acting as a technical bridge between partners, customers and internal teams, you will help drive business through innovative technical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design detailed solution architectures, create proposals and ensure they align with client requirements and best practices.
• Manage the bid process by responding to RFIs/RFPs, preparing technical proposals and coordinating with vendors.
• Review and document existing processes, evaluate software products, and recommend optimal hardware/service resources.
• Lead technical sales calls, present solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences, and schedule resources for implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with backup solutions, preferably Veeam or other enterprise backup technologies.
• Open to candidates residing outside the UAE.
