Senior Procurement Transformation Practitioner

About the role

We are looking for a senior procurement professional to redesign our enterprise procurement operating model and partner with product and engineering teams on a new digital procurement capability. This role focuses on transforming processes, policies and controls rather than managing technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign end‑to‑end procurement processes and review segmentation, sourcing strategies and approval thresholds.
• Challenge unnecessary approvals and improve requisition and statement‑of‑work quality.
• Evaluate and refine strategic sourcing, RFQ/RFP, evaluation and award procedures.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, qualification and performance management.
• Assess procurement policy and control requirements, translating them into system and business rules.
• Identify opportunities for automation while preserving necessary human judgment.
• Advise product and engineering teams on procurement requirements and collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 12+ years of procurement experience with senior strategic‑sourcing and operations responsibility.
• Proven track record of leading procurement transformation initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing, tendering, supplier management, policy and contracting.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to work across complex stakeholder environments.
