About the role
Responsible for leading and supporting the vision, roadmap, and launch of innovative, customer‑facing features. You will champion the evolution of the customer experience through data‑driven insights, ensuring delivered products meet original goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative insights to shape product concepts and roadmap.
- Conduct competitor, market‑trend and emerging‑technology analyses to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including UX/design, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Implement advanced analytics and tracking mechanisms throughout the product lifecycle.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of product or program management experience in e‑commerce, transaction‑based platforms or retail.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one system such as Magento or Salesforce.
