Senior Product Designer

About the role

Property Finder is the leading real‑estate portal in MENA. As a Senior Product Designer you will own the design of its B2B solutions, guiding them from discovery through delivery while ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process for one or more products, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing and final hand‑off.
• Champion user‑centred design, translating research insights and data into intuitive experiences.
• Produce high‑quality UI and visual designs, including interaction details, motion and micro‑interactions that create moments of delight.
• Maintain rapid execution pace without compromising design thinking, process and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, engineers and fellow designers to define problems and co‑create solutions.
• Iterate continuously to improve usability, engagement and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Several years of experience designing digital products, preferably in a B2B or proptech context.
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex design projects and drive them to completion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for creating inclusive, high‑impact experiences that align with company mission.
