Senior Product Manager, B2B Lifecycle

About the role

Tabby is building a unified money app that empowers people and businesses across the Middle East. As a Senior Product Manager for the B2B Lifecycle, you will own the end‑to‑end merchant journey, from sign‑up through activation, adoption, retention and recovery, while creating shared foundations that serve all B2B verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete merchant lifecycle: onboarding, activation, time‑to‑first‑value, product adoption, retention and recovery.
• Design a connected journey across BNPL, ads, business accounts and other services.
• Build shared merchant‑facing capabilities such as dashboards, self‑serve flows, permissions, notifications and lifecycle communications.
• Define platform adoption guidelines, boundaries and migration paths for product teams.
• Partner with Design and Engineering on shared foundations, design‑system coverage, front‑end conventions and operational tooling.
• Develop the cross‑sell engine to match merchants with relevant products.
• Align vertical product teams, Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Risk, Compliance, Support and Data around a prioritized roadmap.
• Own lifecycle metrics including activation, products per merchant, cross‑sell attach rate, self‑serve onboarding, retention and net revenue retention.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, marketplaces or merchant‑facing products.
• Proven track record of building platform products adopted by internal teams.
• Ability to deliver across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Systems mindset with skill in identifying shared models, states, permissions and lifecycle stages.
• Strong product craft in complex operational journeys such as onboarding, KYB, self‑service or admin tooling.
