Senior Product Manager – Hybridisation

About the role

Kraken is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead its hybridisation strategy across Kraken Pro and Consumer platforms. You will shape the product roadmap, align cross‑functional teams, and simplify complex on‑chain experiences for a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for hybridisation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand capabilities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritisation through launch and iteration.
• Establish and monitor key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record of taking products from ideation to market and iteration.
• Minimum 4 years of product management experience, preferably in finance or crypto.
• Strong understanding of on‑chain ecosystems and experience delivering on‑chain products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to advocate for roadmap priorities.
