Senior Product Manager – Pay-Ins & Payouts

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Pay‑Ins & Payouts at Astra Tech, you will lead the strategy and delivery of domestic and cross‑border money‑movement solutions for businesses. You will shape a reliable, transparent and cost‑effective payments experience that covers collections, transfers, supplier payments and bulk payouts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for pay‑in and payout services, translating market and customer needs into clear requirements.
• Identify new use cases, prioritize opportunities and drive products from discovery through launch, measurement and iteration.
• Design and optimise payment flows across local rails, international networks and banking partners, improving success rates, speed and unit economics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, finance and sales to align delivery plans and manage dependencies.
• Work with risk, compliance and legal teams to embed AML/CFT, sanctions and regulatory controls while preserving a strong user experience.
• Define fee structures, FX rate presentation and settlement timelines for business customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of product management experience in payments, fintech or banking.
• Hands‑on track record shipping wallets, cross‑border payments, remittance or FX products.
• Deep understanding of payment rails (SWIFT, UAEFTS, UPI, Raast, FPS, SEPA) and FX economics.
