Senior Program Manager – Academy

About the role

Beautiful Destinations Academy in Dubai is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead its live content‑creator training program. You will own the end‑to‑end operation of creator cohorts, ensuring smooth logistics, budgeting and delivery while acting as the trusted point of contact for creators, mentors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cohort calendar from intake to delivery, coordinating venues, trainers, mentors and production support.
• Maintain a single view of delivery priorities, dependencies and issues across the Academy.
• Work closely with the Executive Producer to translate commitments into concrete outcomes.
• Track the operating budget weekly, anticipate variances and close each cohort with documented cost results.
• Identify risks early, propose solutions and ensure proactive problem‑solving.
• Oversee logistics, staffing, supplier relationships and capacity planning for each Academy day.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex programs or projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple details simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working with creative teams, creators and government partners.
• Analytical mindset for budget monitoring and risk assessment.
