Senior Program Manager – AI Document & Spreadsheet Projects

About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the creation, evaluation, and refinement of AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for a leading foundational AI lab. This remote, flexible engagement focuses on core workflow artifacts such as program charters, RAID logs, capacity‑planning spreadsheets, steering‑committee decks, and milestone‑tracking reports.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and iterate AI‑assisted templates for program charters, RAID logs, and stage‑gate review packets.
• Develop and maintain resource capacity‑planning and milestone‑tracking spreadsheets that meet executive scrutiny.
• Produce high‑quality slide decks for steering‑committee status updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI outputs align with business objectives.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across enterprise programs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross‑functional implementation initiatives.
• Proven ownership of program charters, RAID logs, and steering‑committee reporting.
• Exceptional written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.
• Fluency in building resource capacity‑planning and milestone‑tracking spreadsheets.
