Senior Project Engineer – EPC

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Project Engineer (EPC) to lead on‑shore mega EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EPC project execution for on‑shore mega projects.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, start‑up and handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation and control systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrument Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas construction project execution.
• Proven track record on mega EPC projects.
• Hands‑on involvement across all project phases.
• Strong knowledge of on‑shore project environments.
