Senior Project Engineer

About the role

ALEMCO is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering, procurement and design coordination for large‑scale MEP construction projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for delivering complex, mission‑critical installations from concept through commissioning while ensuring technical compliance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for major MEP packages, ensuring design compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Construction Managers, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement and specialist subcontractors.
• Manage procurement schedules, material submittals and statutory authority approvals.
• Oversee commissioning, testing and handover of completed systems.
• Maintain project documentation, technical reports and progress updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in MEP engineering and project delivery.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE statutory authority requirements.
