Senior Project Manager – Cloud Migration & Digital Workplace

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end migration of Al Tayer Group’s infrastructure to cloud platforms while overseeing the digital workplace transformation. The role requires managing multiple workstreams in a hybrid (multi‑cloud and on‑premise) environment and ensuring post‑migration operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cloud migration programmes, coordinating multi‑vendor and multi‑workstream initiatives with budgets above AED 10 million.
• Define project plans, baselines, acceptance criteria and governance processes, and ensure delivery against schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication, risk registers and regular status reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee post‑migration operations, including hand‑over to support teams, hyper‑care governance and service acceptance.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of IT experience with at least 8 years leading enterprise‑scale programmes and managing multi‑site infrastructure.
• Proven track record of delivering programmes with budgets of AED 10 million+ and teams of 20‑50 resources across multiple vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in retail, automotive, distribution or shared‑services environments is preferred.
