Senior Project Manager – Fit‑out (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects across the UAE. The role involves steering projects from concept to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, schedule adherence, and budget control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of fit‑out projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and delivery strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to achieve cost‑effective execution.

Required profile

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the interior fit‑out sector.
• Proven track record as a project lead on major fit‑out projects.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
