Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure Design

About the role

Parsons is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for steering multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control all technical, commercial, fiscal and administrative aspects of assigned infrastructure projects.
• Lead delivery of major construction works, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, environmental and contractual requirements.
• Develop and oversee project execution, health‑and‑safety, quality, environmental and risk management plans.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, allocate responsibilities and mobilise resources to meet project objectives.
• Act as primary client interface, negotiate scope changes and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control budgets, schedules, risk and change management, and implement recovery strategies when needed.
• Oversee contractor performance, construction supervision and contract administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical/business field.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in design and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and performance‑management capabilities.
