Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑end hospitality and residential development projects, ensuring quality, cost control and schedule adherence while representing the client’s vision and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, develop programmes, budgets and risk registers, and coordinate feasibility studies and design development.
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams, review documentation, and facilitate design workshops and value‑engineering.
• Support tendering, select consultants/contractors, and administer contracts in partnership with commercial and legal teams.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, manage contractor performance and resolve technical issues.
• Act as principal client representative, prepare reports and dashboards, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, handover documentation and post‑completion evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• Professional accreditation such as PMP, RICS, MRICS or MCIOB is highly desirable.
• 10‑15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC, with a proven record of delivering luxury hospitality and high‑end residential projects.
