Senior Project Manager

About the role

Gloria Jeans Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that span business, product, data, engineering, operations and external partners. You will turn vague ideas into structured programs that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define unclear concepts into scoped initiatives with clear milestones, owners and timelines.
• Lead delivery across business, product, data, engineering and operations teams.
• Manage vendors and external partners, setting expectations and accountability.
• Establish delivery governance including plans, RAID logs, checkpoints and steering updates.
• Align stakeholders on business outcomes rather than activity tracking.
• Challenge weak plans, unrealistic timelines and unclear ownership.
• Oversee multiple parallel initiatives at varying maturity levels.
• Prepare executive‑level updates and decision‑ready summaries.
• Contribute to improving delivery within an AI‑enabled, hybrid pod structure.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in project/program delivery, PMO leadership or similar roles.
• Background in digital transformation, technology, data, product or operations initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Proven experience working with vendors and external delivery partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure.
• Execution‑focused mindset with a calm, practical approach.
• Experience in fashion retail, apparel, sourcing, PLM, supply chain or merchandising is a plus.
• Exposure to AI, data products or automation is a bonus.
