Senior Project Manager

About the role

Drakken is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering and energy projects in Dubai. You will own the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to successful delivery, ensuring safety, commercial viability, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of 5‑20 members, establishing clear accountability.
• Manage project execution end‑to‑end, delivering on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate with client representatives across engineering, drafting, construction, and commercial activities.
• Select, contract, and oversee suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct project kick‑off, progress, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Track costs, risks, changes, and overall project performance.
• Handle change orders, invoicing, and commercial administration.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and correspondence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale engineering or oil & gas projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and travel as project demands.
