Senior Project Manager – Terminals & Concourses

About the role

Dubai Airports is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of terminal and concourse projects. You will translate strategic plans into concrete outcomes, ensuring that complex infrastructure initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement project delivery governance frameworks.
• Develop, obtain sign‑off, and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) in collaboration with the Business Owner and Programme Lead.
• Oversee the handover of completed projects to operational teams.
• Coordinate subject‑matter experts, internal and external resources to optimise project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all Dubai Airports governance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operational Readiness, Construction Contract Management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant project‑management experience and 10–12 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex MEP, sustainability, security, technology and resilience systems projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practices for airport sustainability, security, technology and resilience.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience building relationships at all organisational levels.
