Senior Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Banke International Properties is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and seeks a motivated Senior Property Consultant to drive sales across the secondary and off‑plan markets. You will work directly with owners, buyers and investors, leveraging the company’s leads and digital tools to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers and investors.
• Source, list and manage residential properties in Abu Dhabi’s secondary market.
• Conduct property viewings, guide clients through buying and selling processes, and negotiate offers.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and prospecting activities.
• Provide clients with market insights and investment advice.
• Keep client records and property listings up‑to‑date using the company CRM.

Required profile

• Experience in real‑estate sales is preferred; UAE market experience is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Target‑driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and the secondary property market.
• Self‑motivated, eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment; UAE driving licence and own vehicle are advantageous.
