Senior Property Evaluator

About the role

Bayut.com is seeking a Senior Property Evaluator to lead its independent, RERA‑and RICS‑compliant valuation practice in Dubai. The role involves delivering accurate valuations for residential, commercial and mixed‑use assets while building the team and systems needed to scale the function.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market valuations for residential, commercial, retail, industrial and land assets.
• Perform physical inspections to assess condition, location, legal status and marketability.
• Prepare valuation reports using Market, Income and Cost approaches in line with RICS standards.
• Provide valuations for financing, acquisition, disposal, investment, litigation, inheritance, portfolio management and regulatory purposes.
• Monitor UAE real‑estate market trends, maintain a database of comparable transactions and deliver market intelligence to stakeholders.
• Maintain personal RERA registration, RICS Valuer status and ensure practice card renewals through mandatory CPD.
• Mentor and develop junior valuers to meet RERA registration criteria.

Required profile

• RERA‑registered property valuation professional with a valid practice card.
• RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Proven experience conducting valuations across residential, commercial and mixed‑use assets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real‑estate regulations, DLD and IVS requirements.
• Ability to produce audit‑ready documentation and present findings to clients.
