Senior Proposals & Contracts Administrator – Oil & Gas

About the role

Join the Contracts and Administration team of Petrochem Performance Chemicals (PPC) in Abu Dhabi and lead the end‑to‑end development of high‑quality, compliant proposals and contracts for oil‑and‑gas projects across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Administer commercial contracts, including registrations, amendments, reports and close‑outs.
• Analyse RFPs, ITTs, RFQs and EOIs to extract evaluation criteria, mandatory deliverables and deadlines.
• Prepare proposal plans, compliance matrices, responsibility schedules and submission checklists.
• Draft persuasive proposal content such as executive summaries, methodologies, commercial narratives and compliance statements.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, legal, finance, supply‑chain and QHSE teams and manage version control.
• Execute electronic portal uploads, verify successful delivery and retain submission evidence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in contracts administration, tendering or bid coordination within the oil & gas sector.
• University bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English with excellent business writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
