Senior QA/QC Engineer

About the role

CSCEC ME is seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join the quality team on a large‑scale construction project in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring that all civil, architectural and interior design works meet the required quality standards and contractual specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit method statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Conduct and supervise civil, architectural and interior design inspections, including material testing.
• Develop training plans for trades before site activities commence.
• Monitor site inspections to ensure compliance with ITPs and approved methods.
• Oversee calibration of tools and equipment used on site.
• Raise internal NCRs and quality verifications, and manage their closure with consultants.
• Produce monthly QA/QC and KPI reports.
• Maintain all QA/QC records in line with the project quality plan and IMS system.
• Coordinate hand‑over documentation and support snagging/de‑snagging activities.
• Liaise with the corporate QHSE department for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of method statements, ITPs, NCR processes and quality reporting.
• Ability to work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
