Senior Quotation Engineer – Busway Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quotation Engineer specialized in Busway Systems to join Eaton’s Middle East Engineering Team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering accurate, competitive quotations for LV busway projects across the EMEA region, supporting customers in data centre, industrial and commercial‑institutional segments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality, technically sound quotations and bill of materials for LV busway configurations in line with Eaton’s standards and cost guidelines.
• Interpret customer specifications, single‑line diagrams, layouts and load schedules to develop optimized routing concepts.
• Collaborate with sales organisations, product management, application engineers and manufacturing to ensure feasibility and competitive positioning.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and provide pre‑sales support.
• Ensure timely delivery of quotations while maintaining technical and commercial accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a quotation or application engineer in the electrical distribution or busway industry.
• Strong ability to analyse technical documents and translate requirements into detailed proposals.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and customers.
• Fluency in English; experience in the EMEA market is a plus.
